Around Town Plumbing Services (ATPS) was started in 1996 by Robert and Lynne Donaldson.

Robert started his apprenticeship in plumbing upon leaving school and has continued to attend specialised training courses and refine his skills ever since. After working for Help Plumbing through the 1980’s and 1990’s, Robert decided that the ACT region needed a customer-service-oriented plumber that they could rely on.

The business has grown from a one man operation to having Robert and three other full time plumbers and Lynne, with an office worker keeping the bookings and accounts in check. The expansion is testament to the quality of work and the customer service provided by the team as a whole. This is also represented by the agencies that they have been awarded over the years.

With many years passing since the beginning of ATPS, and seeing other businesses come and go, Lynne and Robert believe more strongly then ever that customer service and quality of work is of the utmost importance and will always strive to be ahead of their competitors.
